At Alina Bobilova Illustrations, all our items are made to order, printed specifically for you. This approach helps us reduce overproduction, waste, and our overall carbon footprint. As a result, we have specific policies regarding delivery, returns and cancellations.
1. Delivery
We currently deliver to the United Kingdom, United States, France, Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden. Dispatched from a local printing center. Free delivery on orders over £100.
Orders are dispatched within 2-4 working days.

2. Eligibility for Returns:
We do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us at hello@alinabobilova.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether it involves an exchange or a refund.
Please Note:
- Proof of purchase will be required.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a return due to defect or damage.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, your order will move into production and cannot be canceled.
To cancel an order within the 2-hour window, please email us immediately at hello@alinabobilova.com with your order details.
Why is this important?
As all items are printed especially for you, we are unable to accept cancellations or make changes to an order once it has entered production. This process allows us to minimize waste and ensure we only produce what is necessary.
4. Custom Orders:
Please note that all items are custom-made and printed based on your order specifications. For this reason, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged as outlined above.
5. Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please read the description carefully before purchasing.
6. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item unless the item is damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Changes to Return Policy:
We reserve the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
